What is EASI-75 as a biologic endpoint?

EASI-75 (75% reduction from baseline) is the primary endpoint in most atopic dermatitis trials. EASI-90 is used as a secondary endpoint. Dupilumab achieves EASI-75 in ~80% and EASI-90 in ~50% at week 16.

How does EASI differ from SCORAD?

EASI measures four signs (erythema, induration/papulation, excoriation, lichenification) and area for 4 body regions (no patient-reported symptoms). SCORAD also includes dryness and patient-reported pruritus/sleep.
