What is the aaIPI (age-adjusted IPI)?

The aaIPI is used for patients ≤60 years and excludes age as a factor. It includes stage, performance status, and LDH (0–3 points). Score 0: very good; 1: good; 2: poor; 3: very poor prognosis.

Does the IPI apply to all lymphoma subtypes?

IPI was validated for DLBCL but is used broadly. FLIPI is preferred for follicular lymphoma, MIPI for mantle cell lymphoma, and disease-specific indices exist for other subtypes.
