IGA Investigator Global Assessment Psoriasis

Grade psoriasis severity using IGA (0-4 scale): 0 (clear), 1 (almost clear), 2 (mild), 3 (moderate), 4 (severe). IGA 0/1 response is the standard biologic trial endpoint.
