PCSK9 Inhibitor Eligibility Checker

Determines eligibility for PCSK9 inhibitor therapy (evolocumab, alirocumab). Indicated for very high-risk patients with clinical ASCVD and LDL-C ≥70 mg/dL on maximally tolerated statin therapy (with or without ezetimibe).
